What You’ll Do

As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will manage the full deal lifecycle while delivering exceptional customer experiences:

• Handle subprime finance deals from application to approval and delivery
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and in-person consultations
• Assessing customer needs, credit profiles, income, and financial situation
• Structure and negotiating deals with lenders and customers
• Present financing, warranty, and aftermarket product options
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and DealerTrack
• Collect and verify documentation to ensure timely funding
• Manage and follow up on warm leads (no cold calling required)
• Ensure full compliance with OMVIC and Ontario regulations
• Build strong relationships with lenders and stay current on programs

 What You Bring

• Minimum 1–3+ years’ experience in subprime automotive finance or F&I
• Strong knowledge of subprime lenders, deal structuring, and funding processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret credit reports confidently
• Experience with DealerTrack and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• OMVIC License (required or willing to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic
